TFF Online

Lifestyle Coaching Program

Focus on stabilizing the kinetic chain, which includes the Central Nervous System (CNS), Skeletal System, and Muscular System. TFF Online Lifestyle Coaching includes a five-day weekly workout program that will target improvement in overall flexibility, mobility, endurance, strength, nutritional coaching and recovery recommendations.

• Nutritional Recommendations - Complete nutritional guide (recommended foods & supplements).

• Physical Readiness Assessment - Body composition, measurements for (BMI), Body Fat, Lean Tissue, Size and Circumferences. Monthly analysis to ensure progress adjusting strategies according to set goals.

• Stabilization Phase - This phase focuses on understanding where you are at physically. At the onset you will complete an orientation assessment questionnaire to help us identify your strengths and weaknesses. We'll then work on improving your weaknesses, making sure everything is working as it is supposed to, and setting goals.

• Hypertrophy Phase - Changing. Toning. Sculpturing the body. Adapting the body to muscular changes.

• Power Phase - Working on power and strength and pushing the body harder. Variables must change every 4 to 6 weeks because the body adapts. In this phase, you can expect to up the loads to keep yourself from plateauing.
